New Hyundai Xcent will be offered in five trims – E, E+, S, SX and SX (O). This means, as per the new nomenclature, there is no longer a Base trim, instead we have the E, and a new trim called the E+. The biggest change is that the ABS are no longer standard across range. ABS are only on offer with the SX and SX (O) trims.
Other features lost in the base grade are manual dimming of IRVM, full wheel cover, digital clock, and a blacked-out B pillar. What it gains is a passenger airbag, and an AMS – Alternator Management System. The S grande of new Xcent no longer has the driver seat height adjustment lever.
The top of the line SC and SX (O) variants get 7 inch touchscreen infotainment system which is compatible with both Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. The variants also get Shark Fin antenna, steering mounted controls, including one for voice commands, and DRLs.
