Maruti Suzuki India Limited has launched 2019 Baleno facelift today. It is on sale across NEXA showrooms at a starting price of Rs 5.45 lakhs. This mid life update comes after three and half years since the Baleno was launched in October 2015.
It will include both exterior and interior updates and new safety features even as the 2019 Maruti Baleno will continue to be powered by the same engine lineup. The exteriors of Baleno facelift would be seen with a new front bumper design, restyled 3D pattern on the grille and HID projector headlamps.

Currently, Maruti Suzuki offers HID projector lamps only on the Alpha variants, but the facelift Baleno will get LED projector headlamps for the Delta variant as well. It also receive new alloy wheels, revised tail lamps and a new rear bumper. Maruti Suzuki also offers the updated Smart Play infotainment system on the Baleno facelift.
Interiors will have a more premium finish with new upholstery while in terms of safety, the 2019 Maruti Baleno facelift will get speed alert system, co driver seat belt reminder, rear parking sensors, dual airbags, child seat ISOFIX system and force limiter seatbelts along with ABS and EBD.
Engine specifications on the 2019 Maruti Suzuki Baleno facelift will include the existing 1.2 liter K Series petrol engine that offers 83bhp power at 6,000 rpm and 115 Nm torque at 4,000 rpm. The 1.3 liter DDiS diesel engine offers 74 bhp power at 4,000 rpm and 190 Nm torque at 2,000 rpm. Both engines get mated to standard manual transmission while the petrol engine also receives an optional CVT. Variant wise feature images of brochure are credit to Team-BHP.
