2018 Toyota Etios Liva gets smarter, safer – New Dual Tone colour launched

Offered in petrol and diesel engine option, the 2018 Toyota Etios Liva comes with dual tone body colours, which the company claims is factory built, making them as the first manufacturer in the segment to launch such a product.

Apart from the black glossy paint finish on the roof, pillars and ORVMs, the new Toyota Liva also gets 15 inch diamond cut alloys, and a rear roof spoiler. On the inside, it gets new wood finish, bluetooth audio, and dual tone seat fabric. Safety features are also enhanced with the addition of dual front SRS Airbags, ABS with EBD and ISOFIX child seat Locks.

The New Dual-tone Etios Liva is competitively priced in the range of Rs. 5,94,535 to 6,44,861 for Petrol & Rs. 7,24,361 to Rs. 7,61,403 Diesel (Ex-showroom Mumbai). The New Dual Tone Etios Liva is available in 3 colors: Inferno Orange, Vermilion Red, Super White (Ultramarine Blue is discontinued).

Speaking about engine options, the new Etios Liva continues to be offered with the same range – 1.2 liter petrol engine generating 79 bhp @ 5600 RPM and 104 Nm @ 3100 RPM mated to a 5 speed manual gearbox.

Diesel engine option is in the form of a 1.4 liter mill generating 67 bhp @ 3800 RPM and 170 Nm @ 1800 RPM via 5 speed manual gearbox. Mileage claimed by the petrol engine is 18.16 kmpl and that by the diesel engine is 23.59 kmpl.
