TVS Victor was in test mode across the Bangalore Nellore highway. The soon to be launched model was spotted with production ready body panels, new black alloy wheels and a silencer while there was no evidence of disc brakes on front wheels. Front and rear ends receive conventional telescopic forks with twin shocks. Other design elements to be seen on the new Victor will include aluminium grab rails and tail-light housing besides a more aggressive fuel tank and redesigned exhaust pipe.
The upcoming TVS Victor will be powered by a 110 cc air cooled engine that is also seen powering the Star City+. This engine is capable of 8.4 PS power and 8.8 Nm torque while being mated to a 4 speed transmission. The engine for the Victor is part of company’s EcoThrust family of engines that is also seen on board TVS Wego, Jupiter, Star City+ and Phoenix 125.
Launch of TVS Victor later this year will add to the company’s portfolio with includes the TVS Sport, Phoenix 125 and Star City+, thought in a slightly higher segment. No information on pricing which will be revealed closer to launch.
