Kinetic Motoroyale, a multi-brand premium motorcycle importer, has launched a range of premium motorcycles in India starting with the steeply-priced Hyosung GT 250 R. The company’s exotic lineup comprises the MV Agusta Brutale 800 RR, Norton Commando Sport MK II and Norton Dominator.
The MV Agusta Brutale 800 RR is priced at Rs 18.99 lakhs (ex-showroom). The stunning Italian naked sportsbike packs a in-line three-cylinder 798 cc liquid-cooled engine which delivers an impressive 140 PS.
Tipping the scales at 175 kg, the sportsbike is capable of hitting a top speed of 244 kmph. The motorcycle boasts of top-notch components like Marzocchi suspension system and Brembo braking system with Bosch 9 Plus ABS. It also features ride-by-wire, 8-stage traction control, LED, hydraulic slipper clutch, and rear wheel lift-up mitigation.
The Norton Commando Sport 961 MK II comes in a limited edition avatar with exclusive livery for India. With only 19 units earmarked for India, the collector’s item carries an eye-watering price tag of Rs 20.99 lakhs (ex-showroom). The retro-classic cafe racer is equipped with Ohlins telescopic front fork and twin rear shock absorbers. The 961 cc oil-cooled parallel-twin engine develops 80 PS and 90 Nm of torque when mated to a 5-speed gearbox. The Commando Sport features spoke wheels which are retarded by twin discs upfront and a single disc at the rear (both from Brembo, supported by ABS).
The Norton Dominator for India is priced at even steeper Rs 23.70 lakhs (ex-showroom) and 18 units will be sold. The Dominator is essentially a custom-bike based on the Commando. It is identical to its sibling in terms of mechanical configuration save for the rear suspension setup (Dominator employs monoshock).
The additional dough has gone into making the motorcycle more distinct-looking than the Commando. It features a cantilevered tailpiece which is made only of the saddle, carbon-fiber center panels, minimal visor, and a low-mounted clip-on handlebar.
These premium motorcycles will be retailed to Motoroyale’s outlets which will be established in Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kochi and Bengaluru by end of November.
