Osianama houses automotive ‘cultural treasures’ for connoisseurs and fans through events, exhibitions, discussions, master classes and seminars. Master Classes, lectures and panel discussions are conducted by global and Indian automotive authorities in fields of classic automotive design, history and restoration..

Classic cars were on display at the cinema forecourt. Rare photographs, paintings, prints and auto artifacts were showcased alongside scale models. The event was attended by Tom Tjaarda, Richard Adatto, Jean-Paul Tissot, President of Club Delahaye, Gautam Sen, President of the Osianama Auto Club, Kirti Trivedi, Tarun Thakral, Fali Dhondy, Cyrus Gandhi, Dalip Singh, Behram Ardeshir and Neville Tuli, Founder Osianama were in attendance.

Alongwith Cinefan and Classic Automobiles Clubs, Osianama embraces seven membership-driven cultural clubs to be inaugurated in between January and October 2015. Neville Tuli, Chairman, Osianama says rebuilding the country’s knowledge and research bases online and offline is a formidable effort in furthering expertise and global stature to Indian arts, cinema and culture.

Cars on display at the Vintage and Classic Automotive Club launch were as follows: 1919 Citroen Type A from its first year of production. 1934 Citroen Traction Avant 11CV (Designed by Flaminio Bertoni ) dating back to 1946. 1934 Citroen Traction Avant 15/6 manufactured at Citroen’s UK facility in 1954. 1933 Bentley 3½ litre, one of two built by coachbuilder Antem and was on display at Paris Salon 1935.

1936 Delahaye 135MS (Designed by Joseph Figoni of Figoni et Falaschi) dated from 1939 is one of five survivors of 11 production cars. It is one of India’s most remarkable collectable cars. 1932 Lancia Special Rebodied tells of a storied racing history from Calcutta.

1938 Fiat 500 Topolino A (Designed by Dante Giacosa ) from its first year of production. 1957 Fiat Nuova 500 (Designed by Dante Giacosa ) dating back to 1961. 1957 Fiat Nuova 500 (Designed by Dante Giacosa) from 1971. 1955 Fiat 600 from 1963. 1953 Fiat 1100 103 mid-sized family car from 1955.

1956 Fiat 1100 103 E from 1957. 1963 Alfa Romeo Giulia GT 1300 Junior (Designed by Giorgetto Giugiaro at Bertone ) from 1967.
1967 Alfa Romeo Giulia 1750 GTV coupe from 1969. 1966 Fiat 124 Spider (Designed by Tom Tjaarda at Pininfarina ) from 1980. 1975 Ferrari 308 GTB (Designed by Leonardo Fioravanti at Pininfarina ) runs on mid-engine V8 and is from 1980. 2003 Lamborghini Gallardo (Designed by Luc Donckerwolke ) from 2006.
