Renault is gearing up for the launch of Duster SUV in India and is improving on its current portfolio with extensive warranty plans
Currently, Renault is operating a lineup including three vehicles, all falling under the lucrative sub 4m segment. Renault’s lineup starts with Kwid at the lower end, Triber in the middle and Kiger at the top. All three vehicles have now been updated with improved standard warranty plans along with extensive extended warranty plans.
Renault Improved Standard Warranty Plans
While the testing of Duster SUV has commenced in India, Renault is offering more value to the buyers of its current lineup including Kwid, Triber and Kiger. From 2025, Renault has pledged a more customer-centric approach towards vehicular ownership by offering improved standard warranty plans.
The company is essentially offering an improved 3 year or 1,00,000 km warranty package, whichever is early, for its customers. All Renault vehicles including Kwid, Triber and Kiger sold from January 1st, 2025, are eligible to the new and improved standard warranty plans offered by the brand.
This comprehensive standard warranty plan covers a plethora of attributes. Some of the most notable of them include mechanical failures, electrical failures, material defects, workmanship defects and manufacturing defects. With this customer centric approach, Renault is setting itself apart from immediate rivals.
Further enhancing its customer-centric approach, Renault is bundling attractive services with the standard warranty. These include complementary 24X7 RSA (Road Side Assistance) plans along with accidental towing coverage.
Attractive Extended Warranty Plans
Apart from improving the standard warranty plan across its lineup, in effect from January 1st 2025, Renault is also offering industry’s best extended warranty packages too. Customers can buy these extended warranty packages any time during the standard warranty period, offering peace of mind for buyers.
Launched under the Renault Secure initiative, the company offers a host of extended warranty plans for up to 7 years and unlimited km. Extended warranty plans start from 4 year or 1 lakh km, 5 year or 1.2 lakh km, 6 year or 1.4 lakh km and tops off at 7 year or unlimited km plans.
