Renault car discounts are announced in a bid to increase sales and are valid till August 31, 2020
Renault India has announced attractive discounts and offers on select models for the month of August 2020. The company is presenting these discounts and benefits on models such as the Renault Kwid, Triber and Duster and could vary according to dealership depending on stock available.
In view of the current pandemic situation in the country, purchases of each of these models made in August will see the EMIs begin from January 2021. This ‘Buy Now, Pay In 2021’ scheme allows customers to start paying their EMIs, four months after purchase at a special rate of interest of 6.99 percent. Detailing the model-wise cash discounts and exchange benefits offered by Renault India during this Independence Day period are as follows –
Discounts on the entry level Renault Kwid 800cc, Std and Rxe variants include no cash discount but buyers can avail of Rs.5,000 exchange benefit, Rs.10,000 loyalty offer and also get a 5 year warranty on purchases made during the month of August. For buyers of the Renault Kwid 1 liter, there is a cash discount of Rs.10,000 while exchange offer is at Rs.15,000 and special corporate discount of Rs.7,000.
The Renault Triber MPV has found much success in the Indian auto segment, attracting customers due to its styling design and several onboard features. It has seen consistent sales each month and along with the Kwid has allowed the company to post a 75 percent increase in sales in July 2020. During August 2020, the Triber manual variant comes in with an exchange offer of Rs.20,000 and corporate discounts of Rs.7,000 while the Triber AMT variant buyers get special loyalty bonus along with Rs.7,000 corporate discount.
To boost sales of the Renault Duster Rxe and Rxz variant, the exchange offer stands at Rs.25,000 along with a Rs.20,000 corporate discount which goes up to Rs.25,000 cash discount, Rs.25,000 exchange offer and Rs.20,000 corporate discount on the Renault Duster Rxs Petrol variant. Renault Duster mid sized SUV also sees much demand in the country where it has been on sales for some time and received several updates over the years.
Renault India Duster Turbo Petrol
Renault India also gears up for the launch of the Duster turbo petrol later this month. It will make the Duster one of the most powerful SUVs in India in the mid-size segment with its 1.3 liter HR-13 turbo petrol engine producing 156 hp power and 250 Nm torque. The Duster Turbo will compete with Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos and Nissan Kicks.
