The new Ghost V Specification will be powered by a 6.6 liter V12 engine churning out 30 bhp more than its standard version and capable of taking the Limited Edition from 0 to 100 kmph in just 4.9 seconds with 80% of power available from idle. The engine boasts of better fuel economy figures which stand at 17.3 mpg Vs 16.7 mpg as per US cycle while auto emissions are at 327 grams Vs 329 grams. Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Ghost V-Specification is a limited series of Ghost and Ghost Extended Wheelbase motor cars available for customers to commission immediately from January to June 2014. The powertrain is celebrated with a 30bhp / 22kw power increase on all Ghost V-Specification motor cars.

Rolls-Royce Motor Cars’ General Manager for Emerging Markets, Herfried Hasenoehrl, said: “Ghost and Ghost Extended Wheelbase have been the most successful models in India for Rolls-Royce to date. Ghost V Specification is being offered in five varying exterior shades of Graphite, Black Sapphire, Black Kirsch, Arctic White and Infinity Black, while buyers can also opt for exterior paint of their choice from a total of Rolls Royce 44,000 shade palettes. Exterior modifications on board Ghost V Specification includes optional chrome exhausts and 21″ polished alloy wheels while interiors boast of sports special door sills, steel inlays in its multimedia screen lid and embroidery on arm rests. The V Specification Ghost also sports a hand painted coachline, new clock design and contrasting piping and stitching for leather upholstery.
Rolls Royce will be taking the Ghost V Specification to Geneva for its public debut later this year but have not announced total units of V Specification to be produced, though it has been confirmed that the car will be produced for a limited period of time only. V-Specification price is from 30 Lakhs above a standard Ghost model.
