Royal Enfield 350 ABS Classic Signals arrives at dealer – Walkaround video by RE President

Celebrating the company’s long association with the Indian Armed Forces and more particularly with Indian Army Corps of Signals, Royal Enfield has introduced a special edition of the Classic series.

RE Classic 350 Signals Edition will have two color options of Airborne Blue and Storm Rider Sand and is the company’s first offering in the country with Anti-Lock Braking System. Classic 350 Special Edition in India is priced at Rs 1.62 lakhs, a premium of Rs 15,000 over the standard model, and will get the same cosmetic updates.

It is noted with blackened chrome bits where headlamp bezel, engine and crankshaft cover is concerned while the camouflaged color scheme continues to exhaust muffler, spoked wheels and handlebars. Seats are done up in brown leather while unique stenciled numbering is seen on fuel tank to denote production number of each model produced. There is also a special emblem on each fuel tank to pay homage to the Indian Army.

Royal Enfield has also introduced a range of over 40 motorcycle accessories for riders of the new Signals Edition. These include panniers with pannier racks and flyscreen along with apparel, helmets, riding boots and jackets all on the Signals Edition theme and color scheme. Each no painted on the fuel tank is unique. No two owners will have same number, making the motorcycle unique. Watch more details in the walkaround video below.

Apart from these changes, Royal Enfield Classic 350 Signals Edition continues to be powered by the same engine seen on its regular model. This 346cc, single cylinder, air cooled engine offers 19 bhp power at 5,250 rpm and 28 Nm torque at 4,000 rpm mated to a 5 speed gearbox. Suspension is via 35mm telescopic front forks and gas charged twin shock absorbers at the rear and braking is via single disc in the front and at the rear.

Bookings of the Classic 350 Signal Edition have commenced at all Royal Enfield dealerships across the country while deliveries will begin next month.
