The story of Royal Enfield is nothing short of a fairy tale. A company which hit rock bottom about 15 years ago, today aims to capture the world’s mid-size motorcycle segment and why not. Their sales are at an all-time high, production capacities are being increased, and still waiting period refuses to decrease.

Unveiled today, Royal Enfield Himalayan is an adventure tourer unlike any other on offer in the country. Powered by a 411 cc single cylinder 4 stroke engine, which is rated at 25 PS and 32 Nm, Himalayan is not just a motorcycle, but a way to get away from everything and finding yourself. Which is one of the reason behind RE testing the bike in the Himalayas a terrain where nature and you are one.
Apart from giving us Himalayan, Royal Enfield has also unveiled an exclusive new gear which goes with the bike. This includes new jackets, helmets, gloves, luggage provisions on the bike, touring trousers, mufflers, panniers (metal / cloth), jerry cans, boots, backpacks and much more.
