Terms and conditions of Shell Helix Ultra Lifetime Engine Warranty indicate that customers will need to enroll on company ‘Lifetime Engine Warranty’ website within 60 days of purchase of engine oil following which the warranty will come into effect in 30 days or 1000 kms whichever is later. The warranty covers 13 engine parts and will however not be applicable to fleet vehicles or vehicles used for commercial purposes.
