Skoda Kodiaq LIVE webcast – leaked ahead of official debut in Berlin today

First official photos of the new Skoda Kodiaq ahead of today’s debut.

Showcased as the VisionS concept earlier this year at the 2016 Geneva Motor Show, Skoda is all set to unveil their flagship SUV in its production-ready guise. Called Kodiaq, first images of Skoda’s new premium SUV have been leaked online, ahead of its scheduled global debut in Berlin in a few hours.

Skoda Kodiaq will be unveiled today at an invite-only event in Berlin at 10:45 PM India Time (7 PM CEST or 1 PM UTC). Those who are interested, can catch the unveil LIVE as Skoda is also going to transmit the event via YouTube to a global audience. Based on VW’s MQB platform, Skoda Kodiaq sit above the Yeti in company line-up. To go on sale in Europe later this year, Skoda Kodiaq will be offered in a range of petrol and diesel engine options. These include 3 petrol and 2 diesel engines, mated to both manual as well as DSG gearbox. It will be offered with FWD as well as 4×4 option.

In India, Kodiaq will be launched next year, where it will compete with the likes of Ford Endeavour, Toyota Fortuner, and the likes.
