Along with special editions of Suzuki Gixxer and SF, Suzuki Motorcycles introduces Suzuki Gixxer SF Fuel Injected.

Suzuki Gixxer SF FI (Fuel Injected) was showcased at the 2016 Auto Expo. After a prolonged wait for eager fans, the bike has now been launched across 9 Indian cities.

These 9 Indian cities are Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Kolkata, Kochi, Ahmedabad, and Mumbai, sales will be expanded to other regions in due course.

The new Suzuki Gixxer SF FI sees no increase in power over the carbureted version. It will be sold in a MotoGP edition colored variant and will be fitted with rear disc brakes in the front and rear. The FI variant misses out on the kick start lever, which is the only change as compared to the regular Gixxer SF as it carries forward the same styling and on board features.

Thanks to new onboard FI technology, added performance, fuel efficiency and optimal throttle response are the highlights of Suzuki Gixxer SF FI. It is powered by a 154.9cc, single cylinder engine offering 14.6 bhp power at 8,000 rpm and 14 Nm torque at 6,000 rpm mated to a 5 speed MT. It measures 2,050mm in length, 785mm in width and 1,035mm in height while it sits on a wheelbase of 1,330mm and has kerb weight of 139 kgs.
