What emerged as a faired version of Suzuki Gixxer, then came to be known as / believed to be named Suzuki GSX-R 155, is now tagged as Suzuki Gixxer SLK 155.
The first spy shot of faired Gixxer surfaced online last December, which had ridiculous camouflage all over the body. After a few renderings popped up envisioning excruciating detailing on the apron, completely undisguised test mule is now spotted. What appears to be the final / production spec, has simple fairing design, not as invigorating as the multiple rendered GSX-R 155 suggested.
One key feature the renderings overdid was the handlebar. The first spy shot clearly showed that the bar of naked Gixxer was retained, maintaining the same riding position. It would indeed have made Suzuki Gixxer SLK more desirable if it was designed with clip-ons, but latest spy shots once again confirm that there will absolutely be no difference in terms of riding posture and handling. None of the other mechanicals seem to be touched, not expected in the first place.

The only superficial benefit Suzuki Gixxer SLK 155 will offer against its rival Yamaha Fazer is the full fairing. Expect the faired Gixxer to be priced at around Rs. 2,000 lower than the Fazer, when it launches most likely next month (April, 2015).
