The Suzuki Swift Bicolor special edition has been launched in Chile at 96,90,000 Chilean peso (around INR 9.64 lakhs) in Chile. The global hatchback for the Chilean market is made at Suzuki’s Hungarian plant.
As the name suggests, the Swift Bicolor is available in three dual-color themes namely brown with white roof, silver with black roof and purple with black roof. Other cosmetic enhancements come in the form of a new twin-slat chrome grille, 16-inch black alloy wheels and wing mirror housings that are color coordinated with the roof.
The hatchback’s interior doesn’t have any noticeable enhancements. The Swift Bicolor special edition is based on the GLX SE manual variant. The equipment list includes leather-wrapped multifunction steering wheel, automatic climate control, cruise control, chrome interior door handles, silver trims on the centre console and door pads, a comprehensive multimedia system, multiple airbags (front, side and curtain), ABS with EBD, BA, reverse camera, and so on.
The Suzuki Swift Bicolor edition is powered by the 1.2-litre four-cylinder K-Series petrol motor which is tuned to deliver 93 PS and 118 Nm of torque. A 5-speed manual transmission drives the front wheels. The hatchback is claimed to have a combined fuel efficiency of 19.1 kmpl.
Suzuki is currently working on the next-gen Swift which is expected to be unveiled towards the end of this year or early next year.
