Tata Ace Mega launched in Nepal
Directed at entrepreneurs and small scale business operators in Nepal, the Tata Ace Mega pickup is sold and serviced through Sipradi Trading which boasts of 25 service points throughout the country. The pickup comes in with 2 years or 72,000 km warranty whichever is earlier.
Tata Ace Mega pickup is powered by a 4th generation 2 cylinder 800cc DiCOR engine offering 40 PS peak power mated to a 5 speed gearbox. ARAI confirms fuel efficiency of 18.5 kmpl. It has a rated payload of 1 ton capacity and is a sturdy vehicle capable of tackling varied terrain. Top speed stands at 90 kmph with low turnaround time thus allowing for better cost effective management for both intra and intercity transportation.
The cabin of Tata Ace Mega pickup designed for both style and comfort. It receives an ergonomic design for driver console while seats are upholstered in fabric. Features include a glove box with a lock, a music system and mobile charging facility along with a digital clock.
Tata Ace Mega sits on 14” tyres and has ground clearance of 175mm. Exteriors boast of new body graphics, wide angle OEVMs on either sides along with protective wheel arches. 30 percent gradeability allows the new Ace Mega pickup to offer better stability with varying loads and road conditions.
Tata Ace Mega pickup in India is priced at INR 4.31 lakhs and is offered in azure blue color. Price in Nepal has not been revealed by the company, but is expected to be about INR 8 lakh.
