Today, Tata Motors announced that the new Hexa will get ‘Super Drive Modes’. What it does? Here is what Tata says – “The new ‘Super Drive Modes’ feature, is a flawless combination of the vehicles Engine performance, new-generation Electronic Stability Program (ESP), Instrument Cluster displays and the vehicles ambient lighting and can be activated through a well-placed rotary knob, on the center console. This system allows the driver to seamlessly switch between the four different driving styles – Auto, Comfort, Dynamic and Rough Road to ensure that comfort and convenience is enhanced over different terrains.”
New Tata Hexa SUV will be powered by a 2.2-litre VARICOR 400 diesel engine that also powers the new Tata Safari Storme VariCOR 400. This engine on board the Hexa will generate 154 bhp power and 400 Nm torque and will be mated to 6 speed automatic transmission or 6 speed manual transmission.
Measuring 4,764 mm in length, 1,895 mm in width and 1,780 mm in height, Tata Hexa SUV has a long wheelbase of 2,850 mm thereby resulting in spacious interiors for upto 8 adults.
