Being conducted from March 20-26, 2015, Tata Motors National Mega Service Camp for passenger and utility vehicle owners will be conducted across all 570 dealerships and authorized service centers in the country. On the spot loan approvals and exchange options for the recently launched Tata Zest and Tata Bolt will also be on offer while the company will be offering a 51 point vehicle check along with 10% discount on spare parts, value added services, accessories and oil and lubricants.
This week long Tata Motors National Mega Service Camp campaign is an outcome of customer feedback and is a part of the company’s HorizoNext strategy will go a long way in strengthening dealer customer relationship taking customer service to an even greater level. Selected company service dealerships will also offer test drives of the Zest sedan and the Bolt hatchback while buyers will be offered on the spot loan approvals at special rates of interest.
To add to value added services for customers, Tata Motors Services has also introduced a mobile app, Tata Motors – My Car. Through this app, owners of Tata passenger vehicles will be able to receive details of Tata Motors National Mega Service Camp, and can make bookings for their free servicing.
