On display at S. R. Tranzcars, an authorized Tata Motors dealership in Coimbatore – are two exclusive Nexon variants. One is a new Rose Gold Edition, the other is a Matte Yellow edition.
True to its unique colour scheme, the respective Nexon SUVs are called Rose Gold Edition and Matte Yellow edition. These two cars on display are made to order. The matte yellow variant as well as the Pink edition costs about Rs 1.26 lakhs over the price of the base model. Depending on demand, the dealer would be adding more units of the custom Nexon.
Tata Nexon Matte Yellow you see above, gets a dual tone finish. The lower half is all matte yellow, while the top part is finished in piano black. Another highlight of this model is its sunroof. Interiors are done in all black with yellow contrast stitching.
Tata Nexon Rose Gold Edition sports a full body rose gold colored wrap which has been specially imported by S R Tranzcars for this modification. While overall design of the Nexon SUV stays the same, the Rose Gold Edition sports a blacked out grille, fog lamp housing and air dam.
The black color scheme extends to the Tata badge while Rose Gold Edition rides on black multi spoke alloy wheels creating a stark contrast to its Rose Gold colored body. ORVMs and roof rails are also finished in a contrasting black paint while the beltline is finished in a darker shade of Rose Gold. Color changes towards the rear include a faux silver trim under the rear windscreen.
The cabin of Tata Nexon Rose Gold Edition also gets new color schemes of dark grey and rose gold. Seating is in premium leather while roof moulding is in velvet. Apart from these changes all interior equipment remains the same as that seen on the standard model.
