Tata Motors is presenting the new TataPRIMA 3138.K 32 CuM Coal Tipper, Tata PRIMA LX 2523 .K RePTO, Tata PRIMA LX 3128.K 19 CuM Scoop HRT and Tata SAK 1613 at Excon 2015 along with a range of construction and mining tippers from the Construck range. These include Tata LPK 2518 10 CuM, Tata LPTK 2518 6X2, Tata PRIMA 3138.K AT and Tata PRIMA LX 3123.K 22 CuM Box.
The Tata Construck range includes Tippers, Transit Mixers, Truck Mounted Cranes and Construction Boom Pumps. Each of these are designed to cater to heavy duty demands of the construction and mining industry while promising high productivity, high level of fuel efficiency and low maintenance costs.

Tata PRIMA 3138.K Coal Tipper
The PRIMA 3138.K 32 CuM Coal Tipper is designed specifically for washed coal and fly ash transportation. It is equipped with a powerful and fuel efficient 8.9L, 385 PS (380HP) Cummins ISLe engine that generates a torque of 1550 Nm, a heavy-duty and reliable 9-speed Eaton ES-150409 gear box with direct drive, rugged 48T suspension. The vehicle is based on a robust frame, with a fully-loaded PRIMA cabin, which is safe, contemporary and comfortable with an Electronic Instrument Cluster with Midline Multi-Function Display. The PRIMA 3138.K comes with 32 cum half pipe load body & is an ideal solution for coal transportation from dump to siding or end use.
Tata PRIMA LX 2523 .K RePTO
Tata Motors for today showcased an RMC offering – the PRIMA LX 2523.k RePTO 8 CuM RMC with RePTO on a PRIMA platform. Powered by an ISBe 6.7 L 233 PS (230HP) fuel efficient Cummins engine, reliable 9-speed Tata G1150 gear box, the vehicle specification ensures lesser maintenance and higher payload. Since the power is taken directly from the engine, the RMC can be utilized while the vehicle is on the move or stand still, for maximum versatility.
Tata PRIMA LX 3128.K HRT (Hub Reduction Tandem rear axle)
The PRIMA 3128.K 19 CuM Scoop is an ideal vehicle for higher productivity in shallow mining and Surface application like Road construction, irrigation. It has a 6.7L, 284 PS (280 HP) Cummins ISBe engine which generates a peak torque of 975 Nm, a 9-speed Gear box, robust frame, heavy-duty 48T bogie suspension, Tata HRT 210 rear axle and 12X24 tyres. The vehicle is fitted with a with a 19 CuM Scoop Hardox body.
Tata SAK 1613 4X4
TATA SAK1613 4×4 has been designed specifically for mineral movement from mines to stock points and also for road construction & irrigation applications. This 4X4 16 ton GVW vehicle comes with 10 and 8.5 cum box body options, and is powered by Cummins B5.9 Engine. It is fitted with a 6-speed Direct drive gear box, TC 2500 auxiliary gearbox, for better gradeability of 25% a proven Tata RA 109 RR rear axle with deeper RAR of 6.83 for better grade ability, FA 106 front axle for heavy duty application and improved off-road drivability. It is also suitable for hilly terrain application.
