Tata Safari Storme unveiled at 2015 NADA Auto Show in Nepal

As 11th NADA Auto Show got off to a flying start in Bhrikutimandap, Kathmandu, on Tuesday, Tata Motors showed off its Safari Storme SUV.

Besides Tata Zest compact sedan, Bolt hatchback and entry level eXeta (rebadged Indica), Tata Motors also revealed the new Safari Storme at the . Designed to take on the most challenging of terrain, that Nepal is noted for, the new Tata Safari Storme is being portrayed more of a rugged and efficient off roader, instead of an SUV.

Tata Storme is being offered in two variants – LX and VX priced at NPR 42.52 lakhs (INR 26.56 lakhs) and NPR 56.85 lakhs (INR 35.51 lakhs) respectively. Tata Motors set up a special interactive booth at the NADA Show wherein viewers could get up close to the new Safari and experience its many facets, prior to making decisions of purchase.

The three interactive sections included a Music Booth, Gaming Zone and Customer Interaction Section. In the Music Booth, a touchscreen infotainment system by Harmon is on display, specifically designed for Bolt and Zest while in the Gaming Zone viewers were able to see some high racing action of which the Revotron engine is capable of.

Tata Motors expects to stir up some enthusiasm among visitors at the 2015 NADA Auto Show which runs through to September 20, 2015. This six day event is being held to promote sales of automobiles and accessories just ahead of the Dashain and Tihar festivals in the country.
