Aqua Blue Tata Tiago special variant is a Tata Personalization programme creation. Having first been shown at the Delhi Auto Expo last month, the yet to be launched car makes it’s European debut at the ongoing 2016 Geneva Motor Show alongside Kite 5 sedan.
The specially made Aqua Blue Tata Tiago gives one an overview of available Tata Motors cusomization packages. Upfront there’s a sport bumper and a silver lip at the bottom. Front grille and lower bumper are in matte black, and continues onto the side cladding and rear to enhance the stance.
The roof has a black piano finish and silver roof rails. ORVM, alloys, bonnet and side decals have the same finish. A floating roof spoiler is fitted to the rear. Inside, premium seats are finished in black leather covers.
Aqua Blue Tata Tiago runs on a 1.2 liter naturally aspirated petrol three-cylinder engine and 1.05 Revotorq 3 cylinder diesel engine. Petrol engine returns 85 PS power at 6,000 rpm and 114 Nm torque at 3,500 rpm and the diesel powerhouse delivers 70 PS power at 4,000 rpm and peak torque of 140 Nm torque. Both are mated to a five-speed manual transmission.
Tata Tiago is fitted with power windows, power adjustable ORVMs and a rear defogger. Infotainment includes a 2 DIN audio system, Bluetooth, AUX-In and USB connectivity with steering mounted controls and telephone controls. Navigation and Juke app can be connected (via smartphone) to the audio system comprising of 4 speakers and 4 tweeters. In India, Tata Tiago hatchback takes on other small cars like Hyundai i10, Chevrolet Beat and Maruti Suzuki Celerio.
