Tata ULTRA Business Utility Vehicle in Kenya addresses demands of customers in the light commercial vehicle segment.

Tata Motors Commercial Vehicles has launched the ULTRA Business Utility Vehicle in Kenya catering to payload capacities ranging from 4 to 11 tonnes and engine capacity from 125 hp to 180 hp.

Tata ULTRA caters to a wide segment of buyers, complies with various applications with heavy duty requirements and allows for multiple load body configurations. Ideally suited to transporters and owner drivers, Tata ULTRA comes in with lowest overall cost of ownership besides increased productivity and longer life.

It has a faster turnaround time while also capable of good performance on challenging road conditions thereby suiting the demands of customers in Kenya.

The TATA 497 TCIC engine which ranges from 125 hp to 180 hp has a new generation transmission with aluminum casing G550 six speed gearbox with overdrive and with cable shift mechanism seen for the first time in Kenya.

Interiors of Tata ULTRA are designed for style, safety and performance and receive features such as Driving Economy Indicator, Water in Fuel Indicator and a gear lever that is dashboard mounted for better drive conveniences.

Driver comforts include seat with three way adjustments with arm rests, adjustable power steering and a music system. It also gets air conditioning and GPS system for tracking. The cabins are comfortable and spacious and seen with a new generation instrument cluster with best in class NHV and a host of safety features.

Tata ULTRA comes in with a 3 year of 2 lakh km warranty and is presented in three colors of Arctic White, Arizona Blue and Sardinia Red.
