Tata vehicles on display at 2012 Defence Expo

Tata Motors offers all terrain vehicles to help combat terrorism, to be used during war and peace situations and for other defence and security purposes in the country.
Besides these highly specialized vehicles Tata Motors also manufactures and has put on display vehicle that can be used for transportation of forces to various treacherous and mountainous terrains of India. Tata Safari Storme GS 800 4×4 is what has drawn the attention of the Indian Armed Forces. It is being developed for induction into the Defence Services as a vehicle to be used by officers during war and peace time operations.
The Armoured version of Tata Safari Storm is a vehicle that would find use for transportation of high profile dignitaries, VVIP visitors, politicians and trade delegates as it is a safe means of transport while at the same time offering a high degree of comfort and style demanded by this segment of users.
Tata Xenon Recce 4×4 is specially designed for off road patrolling by the Armed Forces in and out of the country. Compliance to BS III and Euro norms is possible through the development of two separate engines.
