Anniversary theme body graphics, badge on the C-pillar, rear windshield power curtain with remote, bottle holder on floor console and illuminated scuff plates are a part of optional Anniversary accessory pack.

The Tata Zest Anniversary Edition has been announced with 10 additional features. The limited edition model will be sold across dealerships in select cities starting from the end of September through October 2015.

Based on the XMS trim level, the Zest Anniversary Edition will be available in both petrol and diesel variants. The prices start at INR 5.89 lakhs for the petrol variant and INR 6.94 lakhs for the diesel version (both prices are ex-showroom, Delhi) which are dearer than the respective regular XMS variants by INR 15,000.

The Tata Zest Annivesary Edition will be on sale throughout the month of October is select dealerships across the country.

For the additional cost, the compact sedan is claimed to offer benefits worth INR 31,000. The features that are specific the limited edition version include new Vocal White exterior color option, special ‘Anniversary’ body graphics, ‘Anniversary Edition’ badge on the C-pillar, new hub caps, piano black finish for the wing mirror caps, body colored front lower bumper, Anniversary embroidery on front seats, illuminated scuff plates for front, powered rear curtain with remote, and rear bottle holder on floor console.

The sub-4 metre sedan is powered by a 90 PS 1.2-litre Revotron turbocharged petrol engine and 90 PS 1.3-litre Quadrajet (Fiat Multijet) diesel engine. The former is available only with a 5-speed manual gearbox while the latter can also be specified with a 5-speed AMT.

Tata Motors hasn’t mentioned anything about the number of units of the Zest Anniversary Edition to be built. The special edition will be aimed at taking advantage of the fast approaching festive season.
