Spied at one such program was top of the line Maruti Vitara Brezza ZDi+, which is the fully loaded variant of the upcoming compact SUV. Showcased at the 2016 Auto Expo, Maruti Vitara Brezza was also declared as the showstopper at the event as it got the most visitors and enquiries.
The top end Maruti Vitara Brezza ZDi+ variant will be powered by a 1.3 liter DDiS diesel engine capable of 90 PS peak power and 200 Nm peak torque mated to a 5-speed manual gearbox.
Maruti Suzuki India Limited has confirmed that while a petrol engine variant will not be on offer at the time of launch, plans are afoot to introduce a petrol variant sometime later while an AMT variant is also being considered.
Features on offer with the top of the line petrol variant of Maruti Vitara Brezza ZDi+ includes contrasting roof colour, projector headlamps, LED daytime running lights, 16” alloy wheels, integrated turn signals on wing mirrors, chrome grille, SmartPlay infotainment system, reverse parking camera, keyless entry, inbuilt navigation, cruise control, height adjustable driver seat and much more.
Based on XA Alpha concept, Maruti Vitara Brezza will take on the likes of Ford EcoSport, and Mahindra TUV300. Bookings are now open across their dealerships for an amount of INR 21,000. Expect the price of Vitara Brezza to be in the range of INR 7-10 lakh.
