The five door Toyota C-HR Concept hybrid crossover is based on a diamond shaped styling catering to the two main elements of Toyota design language – Keen Look and Under Priority.
Bold in design and sporting a new front profile with lower grille and a single glossy black color scheme as against the two toned blue/black color scheme seen on its earlier counterpart, the Toyota C-HR Concept is expected to grab much attention once it is launched.
Both, Toyota C-HR hybrid concept and new Prius are based on the newly developed Toyota New Global Architecture platform. Toyota C-HR hybrid concept receives a complete hybrid powertrain consisting of a gasoline engine and new electric motor and battery both of which are lightweight and compact.
Toyota C-HR Concept hybrid crossover in final production format will make its debut at the Geneva Motor Show in March 2016, after which it is expected to enter production with sales slated for later same year.
