Toyota Fortuner modified into a 2 door roofless car by DC – Up for sale

DC Eleron SUV, a special limited edition car, which was launched in India at 2014 Auto Expo. At that time, it was launched at a price of Rs.35 lakhs. The same car is now up for sale. Owing its design to DC Design boss, Dilip Chhabria, the SUV sports a high level of customization.

It definitely looks unique, something that you not have seen on our roads. DC North East, based in Guwahati in Assam, is in possession of the car currently, and are looking for a buyer.

Based on old gen Toyota Fortuner, this 2 door car gets a distinctive layered body design in a two tone color scheme with the lower part getting a black body while the top half is painted in a shiny orange. The car sports bi xenon headlamps with DRLs, a large front grille and alloy 21 inch wheels.

True to DC Design standards, the interiors are loud, and come with a lot of comfort and convenience option. They are done up in a black and tan color scheme with leather seating getting a diamond pattern.

Extensive use of leather is seen all around on the inside. From its steering wheels to its dashboard mounted buttons, everything has a leather feel. It receives an analog instrument cluster while there is also an Apple iPad like screen in the middle in images (but missing in the car which is on sale at the DS North East showroom). There are four large AC vents in the front, a large storage area and wooden door panels.

Toyota Fortuner based DC Eleron is most likely powered by the same 3.0 liter diesel engine which powered the Fortuner. More images of the modified Toyota Fortuner can be seen in the gallery below.
