Toyota Price Hike Up To Rs 46k – Innova Hycross, Glanza, Camry

Camry gets highest increment of Rs. 46,000 and Innova Hycross gets Rs. 27,000 among Toyota cars price hike for the month of May 2023

TKM (Toyota Kirloskar Motor) has hiked prices of its models at the beginning of May 2023 month. In a recent post, we mentioned Urban Cruiser Hyryder price hikes. In this post, we will look at price hikes associated with Innova Hycross, Glanza and Camry. Price increment goes up to Rs. 46,000.

Not all the vehicles get the same amount of price increment. While Glanza gets the lowest price hike, it is the hybrid Camry that commands the highest increment of Rs. 46,000 on its ex-sh price. Let’s break it down.

Toyota cars now costlier than before – Highest hike with Camry

Starting with Glanza, Toyota has increased the prices by Rs. 5,000 across the variant range. Prior to this price hike, Toyota Glanza base E MT variant cost Rs. 6.71 lakh (ex-sh, Delhi) and prices climbed to 9.99 lakh (ex-sh, Delhi) for top-spec V AMT variant. All of these variants get a price revision of Rs. 5,000. New prices range between Rs. 6.76 lakh and 10.05 lakh (both prices ex-sh, Delhi).

Camry is currently Toyota’s flagship sedan in India. Toyota offers it in just one top-spec trim level and it costs Rs. 45.71 lakh (ex-sh). Toyota’s recent price hike for May 2023 has the highest impact on Camry. With the Rs. 46,000 price increment, Camry now costs Rs. 46,17,000 (ex-sh, Delhi).

Innova Hycross price hike up to Rs. 27,000

Unlike Glanza and Camry, Innova Hycross’ entire lineup is not affected by this price hike. In fact, base G and GX trim levels are completely unaffected by this price hike. Only the VX, VX (O), ZX and ZX (O) are affected by the price hike. Both 7-seater and 8-seater variants of Innova Hycross cost the same as before.

Which is Rs. 18.55 lakh and Rs. 18.60 lakh for 7-seater and 8-seater variants of G trim and Rs. 19.40 lakh and Rs. 19.45 lakh for 7-seater and 8-seater variants of GX trim. Both the 7-seater and 8-seater variants of VX trim now cost Rs. 27,000 more. VX trim now costs Rs. 25.03 lakh and Rs. 25.08 lakh for 7-seater and 8-seater variants as opposed to Rs. 24.76 lakh and Rs. 24.81 lakh for 7-seater and 8-seater variants respectively.

The same Rs. 27,000 price hike applies to all variants of VX (O), ZX and ZX (O) trims as well. VX (O) trim now costs Rs. 27.00 lakh and 27.05 lakh for 7-seater and 8-seater variants as opposed to Rs. 26.73 lakh and 26.78 lakh for 7-seater and 8-seater variants respectively.

Both ZX and ZX (O) trims get the same Rs. 27,000 price hike. ZX trim cost Rs. 29.35 lakh as opposed to Rs. 29.08 lakh before and ZX (O) costs Rs. 29.99 lakh as opposed to Rs. 29.72 lakh. Note: All prices ex-sh.
