Given that, existing customers needn’t worry about all things Lexus considering Lexus Delhi is just a stone’s throw away.

Lexus, Toyota’s luxury wing was introduced in India only recently with an initial plan of four dealerships, which the company presents as Lexus Guest Experience Centres (GECs). The dealerships are located at New Delhi, Gurugram, Bombay and Bangalore. In conjunction with the 4 GECs, Lexus operates a wider network in Chandigarh, Hyderabad, Chennai and Kochi. A 24×7 guest call centre compliments the Lexus ownership experience. Lexus Gurgaon dealership was housed within The Oberoi.

Lexus’ cars are sold in India via the Completely Built Unit (CBU) route, which means price tags are a tad bit high than would be when localization is involved.

Lexus ES 300h, RX 450h and LX 450d are on sale in India. LX isn’t a hybrid and gets power from a diesel engine. It is a tad bit odd for a dealership to shutdown this quickly after opening. Lexus does not reveal its sales volumes here.
