Toyota USA reaches a milestone, hits the million fan mark on FaceBook


The average American swears by his/her Toyota. Needless to the Japanese car maker has won hearts of majority of Americans. Social networks have played a huge role in helping enthusiasts connect with their favorite automobile manufacturers. Recently, Toyota USA hit the million fan mark on its official Facebook page.

To celebrate this achievement the company is showcasing the loyalty of its fans. Toyota officials were elated about Toyota’s achievements and as a gesture of their appreciation the official Toyota Facebook page was handed over to loyal fans that were able to post messages and share inputs, information, and stories with a one million audience.

Vice President, Digital Marketing, Toyota USA, Dave Nordstorm expressed that it was the fans that made the Toyota Facebook page what it is today. He also added that celebrating this achievement on the biggest social media platform was special. The spotlight of the day was fans. ‘Thanks a million’ said a lot.
