Launch of the new TVS Apache 200 will take place on the 20th of this month.

Inspired by TVS Draken concept, the fastest and most powerful Apache till date is all-set to debut in less than 36 hours from now. Called TVS Apache 200, images and details of the new beast (in TVS speak) has already been leaked online.

As per leaked specs, TVS Apache RTR 200 4V is powered by a 197.75 cc single cylinder engine which is mated to a five speed gearbox. This oil-cum-air cooled engine delivers peak power of 20.23 hp @ 8,500 rpm and a max torque of 18.1 Nm @ 7,000 rpm. These figures are good to accelerate the new Apache from 0-60 kmph in just 3.9 seconds, and take it to a top speed of 130 kmph.

Features on board the new TVS Apache 200 include LED DRLs in the shape of devil’s horn in the front, digital instrument cluster, front and rear petal disc brakes with dual channel ABS, split seats, rear monoshock suspension, 17 inch stylish alloys, fuel tank and engine cowls, RTR monogram, TVS Racing sticker, pillion grab rails and a new exhaust system.

We had reported in the past that the exhaust note of the TVS Apache 200 is filled with bass, very similar to that of Mahindra Mojo, which has twin exhausts.

Now a reader from Indonesia sends us a video of the instrument panel, while he is revving the bike, thus giving us a peek into the TVS Apache 200’s exhaust note.

PS – Please use good headphones or earphones.
