At EICMA 2025, TVS had revealed that the eFX 3O (eFX three O) is the brand’s most powerful electric motorcycle concept yet
TVS is working on multiple new products across both ICE and EV segments. These will drive the company’s next phase of growth. The concepts and upcoming products were showcased at EICMA 2025, one of which was the eFX 3O concept. TVS has now filed a design patent for the eFX 3O in India. Let’s check out the details.
TVS eFX 3O patented – Apache inspired styling
As revealed in the patent images, TVS eFX 3O has a contemporary design with sharp panelling all across. The electric bike features a rectangular headlamp and is likely equipped with USD forks at the front. One can spot a large battery pack, which does not appear to be covered by the fairing at the front and sides.
This approach could help improve cooling, although the bike is expected to get a dedicated integrated cooling system. Other highlights include sleek tank extensions and deep grooves on the side fairing. These are likely designed to enhance the bike’s aerodynamic efficiency. The bike has a low-set handlebar and a rider-only seat.
Riding stance seems naturally biased towards an aggressive riding position. The cockpit is quite minimalist, with only a compact digital instrument cluster. On the left, there appears to be a dedicated switchgear for navigating the instrument console. Powertrain details are yet to be revealed.
Patent images show the rear wheel rendered in a solid form. A belt drive setup is also shown, along with the swingarm. Since this is a design patent, the illustration may not be a true representation of the actual drivetrain system. However, as the eFX 3O is a high-performance electric bike, a mid-mounted motor is likely to be used.
Specs, features
At the rear, TVS eFX 3O has a monoshock rear suspension. Both ends appear to have the same size wheels, with the rear using wider tyres for enhanced traction. Braking setup comprises petal discs at both ends. Dual-channel ABS is expected to be offered as standard.
As the bike appears to be using a massive battery, one can expect super-fast acceleration and an exhilarating top speed. Depending on the mode selected, one can also expect the bike to offer class-leading range. TVS eFX 3O electric motorcycle is expected to get all-LED lighting and distinctive DRLs.
Enthusiasts can expect a comprehensive range of tech features such as a dedicated connectivity suite and TFT instrument console. Possibilities also include advanced features such as dashcams, blind spot monitoring, collision warnings and overtake alerts. However, there are no official details available at this point in time.
TVS could introduce the eFX 3O electric motorcycle later this year or sometime in 2027. It could work as a more premium electric alternative to the Apache RTR 310. Launch price is expected to be around Rs 2 lakh+.
