Twenty Two Motors Flow electric scooter debuts at Auto Expo 2018

Twenty Two Motors, a Gurgaon-based electric vehicle start which was founded in 2016, is showcasing its first ever product at the ongoing Auto Expo 2018. Called as the Twenty Two Flow, the e-scooter adopts a retro-classic styling and is positioned as a premium urban runabout.

The scooter is also equipped with an AI suite which monitors the driving pattern, self learns to minimize chance of break down, detects chances of collision and alerts the rider and of course, offers cloud-based data and daily battery analyses.

The design is best described as easy on the eye but the Flow’s party trick is its lengthy equipment list. Some of the salient features include fully digital instrument console, LED headlamp, Combined Braking system, reverse gear (yes, you read it right!), cruise control, hill hold assist, drag mode (comes in handy in case of a punctured tyre), regenerative braking, Bluetooth connectivity, and tubeless tyres.

The Twenty Two Flow is powered by a 2.1 KW DC motor developed by Bosch. Electric power comes from a 32 AH Lithium-ion battery pack which can be swapped.

The claimed range is 80 km but the scooter has provisions to store two battery packs and can have a max range of 160 km. Top speed stands at 60 kmph. The battery pack can attain full charge in 5 hours or up to 70% in an hour using a fast charging device.

The Twenty Two Flow is priced at INR 74,740 (ex-showroom).
