
Hero MotoCorp retained its No.1 position in domestic markets while Bajaj Auto scored highest in terms of exports
Two wheeler sales in Nov 2025 saw a healthy YoY expansion while sales suffered a decline on a MoM basis. This decline is a general trend noted after a profitable festive season. Taking the 6 leading two wheeler makers into account, there were a total of 18,59,048 units sold in Nov 2025, up 21.33% over 15,32,168 units sold in Nov 2024. MoM sales slipped by 11.98% as against higher festive demand when numbers reached 21,12,180 units in domestic markets.

Hero MotoCorp maintained its lead with a 30.69% share and 5,70,520 units sold last month. There had been 4,39,777 units sold in the same period of the previous year relating to a volume gain of 1,30,743 units. With each of the leading automakers posting lower MoM sales, Hero sales dipped by 5.67% from 6,04,829 units in Oct 2025.

In second spot was Honda with 5,33,645 unit sales last month, a 23.28% rise over 4,32,888 units in Nov 2024. MoM sales however fell by 10.90% from 5,98,952 units with a 65,307 unit volume decline. TVS Motor Company maintained its third position as there was strong demand for its Raider, Jupiter, and Apache series. Sales were up 19.74% YoY to 3,65,608 units, well over 3,05,323 units in Nov 2024. MoM demand fell by 13.29% as there had been 4,12,631 units sold in Oct 2025.
Bajaj Auto shows stronger sales in global markets as compared to sale in India. The company suffered a marginal 0.54% YoY decline to 2,02,510 units from 2,03,611 units while its MoM sales also fell by 24% from 2,66,470 units. Suzuki sales went up by 23.01% to 96,360 units though it suffered a 6.86% MoM decline. Led by rising demand for its 350cc range, Royal Enfield saw steady YoY growth of 25.15% to 90,405 units from 72,236 units while it experienced a sharp 22.63% MoM decline.

Bajaj Leads Export List, Hero MotoCorp Sees Highest Growth
With exports at 4,37,103 units, it was a 29.49% YoY growth along with a 10.41% improvement in MoM sales. Bajaj Auto at No. 1 had 1,77,204 units shipped last month with a 7.75% YoY and 0.77% MoM rise. TVS Motor in second spot shipped out 1,32,233 units with a 51.73% YoY growth while MoM sales were up 27.74%.
Honda exports too improved substantially to 57,491 units while Hero saw the highest growth at 69.61% to 33,970 units from 20,028 units in Nov 2024. MoM sales were up by 9.65%. Suzuki and Royal Enfield too witnessed increased global demand at 25,940 units and 10,265 units shipped out respectively.
Total 2W Sales Nov 2025 – (Domestic + Exports)
In total sales that included both domestic sales and exports, these leading 6 automakers showed off a total of 22,96,151 unit sales. It was a YoY growth of 22.81% while MoM sales fell by 8.45%. Every two wheeler market saw their YoY sales increase substantially while each of them remained in the red on a MoM basis.

Hero led with 6,04,490 unit sales with a 31.47% YoY growth but 4.93% MoM decline with a 26.33% share. Honda with sales of 5,91,136 units saw a 25.04% YoY growth while sales fell by 9.14% on a MoM basis. TVS Motor secured a third spot with 4,97,714 units sold last month with 26.85% YoY growth while Bajaj sales went up by 3.16% to 3,79,714 units. Suzuki with 1,22,300 unit sales and Royal Enfield rounded off the top 6 two wheeler makers with 1,00,670 units each witnessed strong YoY demand.
