New Volkswagen Cross Polo gets power from a 1.2-litre petrol engine for max output of 74 bhp and 110 Nm of torque. Cross Polo 1.2 MPI crossover design, build quality and safety coupled with 16.47 kmpl mileage, makes the petrol car an optimum blend of power and fuel economy.
New Cross Polo safety features include anti-lock brakes (ABS) and dual front airbags. Keeping to its Polo heritage, new Cross Polo has been awarded a 4-star NCAP safety rating. Vehicle features include dual-beam halogen headlamps with black finish, 15″ alloy wheels, ‘Cross’ bumpers with silver accents, silver-painted roof rails and rear-view mirror housing, and ‘Cross’ front grille with chrome accent.
Interior upgrades span a leather-wrapped flat-bottomed steering wheel, superior ‘Cloud Titan Black’ upholstery and ‘Climatronic’ automatic air-conditioning. New Cross Polo bookings begin from 15 January 2015. Ex-showroom Mumbai price starts at Rs 6.94 lakh. Colours on offer are Flash Red, Deep Black and Reflex Silver.
