Yamaha DUthon in its maiden year has turned into a premiere event in terms of participation and prize money. The Clean India agenda saw Delhi activism at its enthusiastic best with participation of 2,200+ students. Flagged off from SRCC, Gate No. 1, Yamaha DUthon ended at SRCC, Gate No. 4 to cover seven kilometres around North Campus. Pyronaut and Flow Funktion performed. Ashish Gulia from Ramlal Anand college won, and took home a Yamaha FZ-S Version 2.0.

Yamaha is a responsible corporate citizen and youth oriented brand. The opportunity was great to connect with youngsters and connect with teh campaign all at once. It is crucial to realise the importance of cleanliness around us, and make India a beautiful place.With about 70 pct citizens being people under the age of 40, the onus lies with our youth to shoulder much of the responsibility to make India a cleaner country.
