Mercedes India opens new ‘City Showroom’ in Mumbai, updates Karnal outlet to world-class 3S facility

Its Aston Tower, Lokhandawala, Andheri dealership was inaugurated by Eberhard Kern, Managing Director & CEO, Mercedes-Benz India and Mohan Mariwala, Managing Director, Auto Hangar India. Mumbai a matured market sees consumers expect luxury, technology and service that are at par with global standards.

Mercedes Benz says, their new City Showroom in Mumbai is a benchmark in Modern Luxury.

This is the 10th outlet MB India has inaugurated in 2014. Spread over 6,000 sq. ft., Auto Hangar Andheri has a 7 car display in the showroom, and an exclusive AMG display area. 27 personnel take charge of customer sales requirements here.

Mohan Mariwala, Director, Auto Hangar says their association with Mercedes-Benz India. The showroom in the heart of the city helps cater to a growing customer base. Mercedes-Benz has 9 outlets in Mumbai and 13 outlets in Maharashtra.

Last week, Mercedes-Benz inaugurated its upgraded Karnal dealership, now a 3S facility, Berkeley Motors, one of the largest in Northern India over an area of 60000 sq. ft.

Berkeley Motors houses an 11 car display and 18 service bays, and was the 9th new outlet to be inaugurated in 2014 with which Mercedes-Benz India strengthens its presence in the emerging tier III markets key to long-term growth. Located at 117 Km stone, G.T. Road, Karnal, the dealership was inaugurated by Eberhard Kern, MD and CEO, Mercedes-Benz India and Ranjeev Dahuja, Managing Director, Berkeley Motors Limited.

Berkeley Motors was built over a period of 18 months at an investment of Rs. 20 crore. 60 committed personnel cater to customers here. Ranjeev Dahuja, Managing Director, Berkeley Motors Ltd. is proud to further expand this association with Mercedes-Benz. The dealership will help fulfill rising demand of luxury cars in the region.
