First photos of 2016 Audi A4 without camouflage have emerged online, revealing finer details like headlamp, front grille and even dashboard.
New generation Audi A4 wears a radically new headlamp design, in the shape of rotated ‘L’. The lights within like DRLs and turn indicators are all LED units, and headlamp is based on Matrix LED technology. Road presence is enhanced by widening the front grille and giving it the next-gen design treatment. With help from new double-rib on either side of bonnet, the overall front fascia of 2016 Audi A4 is made sharper and more agile.
Interior of new A4 is embellished with all-new dashboard, which is actually a mellowed down version of 2016 Audi Q7’s. Many vitals can be seen borrowed from the upcoming version of the flagship SUV, like the lone MMI display sprouting from the top, run-across air-vent design, sleek centre console and air-con controls, and gear / drive mode selector knob on the centre tunnel. Steering wheel is absent in this test mule, which would be inline with those in upcoming iteration of Audi cars.
More info and insight into the next gen Audi A4 is expected in coming weeks, but world premiere is months away at 2015 Frankfurt Motor Show shortly after the model is officially revealed online.
