The 2018 Honda CBR250R fully faired sportsbike was one of the 6 models in the manufacturer’s domestic portfolio to receive an upgrade at 2018 Auto Expo last month. Claimed to be the best all-round bike in the 250 cc bike, new Honda CBR250R has been launched in India with minor updates.
The most significant update comes in the from of full LED headlamp and two new color options – Mars Orange and Striking Green – with contrasting graphics. Other two colour options are Sports Red and Pearl Sports Yellow. Nothing much has changed visually.

The motorcycle sits on a diamond frame which is equipped with telescopic front fork and rear monoshock. The front and rear wheels measure 110/70-17M/C and 140/70-17M/C respectively. Both wheels are retarded by a disc each and customers can opt for a dual-channel ABS system.
Overall, features include LED headlights, new graphics, sporty cowl, new instrument cluster, racing muffler, DOHC engine, pro-link suspension, liquid cooled, wider rear tyre, etc.
The bike is now on sale across India. As per Honda’s website, price starts from Rs 1.63 lakh for the standard variant and Rs 1.93 lakh for the ABS variant. All prices are ex-showroom, Delhi.
