2019 Hyundai Grand i10 front and rear render – Launch later this year

The current model of the Hyundai Grand i10 is set to be replaced by a new generation model by the end of this year. The new 2019 Hyundai Grand i10 promises to come in with a better design, new features and a more spacious cabin, as compared to the current model. Prices are also expected to be slightly higher.

2019 Hyundai Grand i10 has been spied on test though under heavy camouflage in India already. Thanks to these new spy images, rendering photos have been created, which give a better idea about the front and rear of the upcoming Hyundai Grand i10.

Compared to the current Grand i10, the new one looks a lot larger. It also loses on the tall boy stance, and now comes with more curved edges. In the front you have LED projector lamps with DRLs, new grille inspired by the global design language, new alloys, sharper bumper profile, a sunroof, chrome door handles, bigger tail lamps, etc.

Interiors of the new Hyundai Grand i10 will feature a dual-tone black and beige color scheme. It will be spruced up with more features than before. It will also offer better driver and passenger comforts. Interior space is also increased marginally, rear seat is expected to easily accommodate three adults. Features include new rear AC vents, a floating touchscreen infotainment system with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, 3 spoke multi function steering wheel and a twin dial instrument cluster with MID.

No change in engine specifications on the new Hyundai Grand i10, which will continue to be powered by the 1.2 liter petrol engine and 1.2 liter diesel engine as seen on its current counterpart. However, the engines will be made BS VI compliant and will get automatic transmission option as well. Power and torque figures could also see some improvement for enhanced performance and mileage.

The current Grand i10 is priced from Rs.4.91 lakhs, but all these changes could bring with it a marginal hike in price. The Hyundai Grand i10 will continue to rival the Maruti Swift, which is the best selling car in segment.
