Mahindra recently split the Mojo line-up into two. One is a more affordable variant with lesser features, while the other is the same old fully loaded variant. These are respectively called UT 300 and XT 300. UT stands for Universal Tourer, XT stands for Xtreme Tourer.
While Mojo XT 300 and UT 300 share most bits, there’s distinct differences to set them apart. Both bikes run on a liquid cooled, 4 stroke, single cyl, DOHC, SI engine. Mojo UT 300 displacement is a wee bit lower at 294.72 which is pegged at 295cc for XT.
Max power and torque is tuned individually. Mojo XT 300: 27 PS @ 8000 rpm and 30 Nm @ 5500 rpm. UT 300: 23 PS @ 7500 rpm and 25.2 Nm @ 5500 rpm. XT 300 uses a ECU based digital electronic ignition. TCI based digital electronic ignition.

Brakes and tyres: Mojo XT 300 continues with Pirelli Diablo Rosso II tyres – Front – 110/70 ZA17 M/C 54W, and rear – 150/60 ZA17 M/C 66W. UT 300 – MRF Nylogrip Zapper FY 110/70; 17″ M/C 54H and rear – S 140/70; 17″ M/C 54H.
Mahindra UT 300 features – 300 cc Liquid Cooled Engine for 17 KW of power, and 25.2 NM of torque. 143.5 mm telescopic front suspension. Disc Brakes – 320 mm disc at the front and a 240 mm disc at the rear. Twin Pod Headlamps. Digital Console.
