Visibly different from the India-spec Suzuki Gixxer and Gixxer SF, the updated versions are inspired by the larger Suzuki bikes. Featuring a sportier stance, it gets a higher stance with a three element headlamp design along with an elevated tank. It also gets a new instrument cluster with digital display in landscape arrangement. Stopping power comes from disc brakes both at the front and rear, same as the current setup in Indian Gixxer twins.

Suzuki GSX-S150 naked bike will follow the same designs as seen on the Gixxer 155, with some design updates inspired from the GSX-S750. It receives split seats positioned higher, adding to height while it also gets a sharp fuel tank and cowl along with a digital instrument console and headlamp extensions.
