Successor to Audi 80, which prevailed from 1966 to 1994 (B1 – B4), the successor was renamed as A4 and launched in 1994. Today, Audi A4 is amongst the best selling Audi car globally. Now in its ninth generation (B9), the car is available in India in a price range of Rs 31-40 lakhs, ex-showroom, New Delhi. It also has a sportier variant on offer, called S4 and RS4.
