Audi India launches One App for Customers, Enthusiasts and Fans

In the wake of digitalisation, Audi India has announced the launch of its new ‘myAudi Connect’ App

This new app is an updated version of the existing ‘myAudi Connect’ app. Compared to the previous version, this one is claiming to be the next big step towards Audi’s digital journey here, it’s curated to reach potential buyers and Audi fans too.

Given its ordinary performance as far as sales in the previous month is concerned, the company is connecting with prospective consumers with its latest tech update. Updated myAudi Connect App comes with several additional functions. This includes exclusive offers from Audi Concierge, payment options to enable in-app merchandise purchase, a login for Audi Club India members, offers on car-life products and online help and support – all of this within a secure framework and in compliance with data protection.

App updates and enhancement

Features on the app are offered as standard for all Audi owners. Seeing recent norms of social distancing, Audi has come up with features that let one and all engage in virtual experiences, such as Augmented Reality, and request test drives, product brochures, and service cost calculators to name a few.

Through Audi Club India, the company aims to provide exclusive benefits including access to private events, a community newsfeed, video and photo gallery and an update on news modules.

The app eases out online payments to dealerships, online booking experience, and access to after-sales. The updated Audi Concierge serves as a platform for partner offers and co-branded promotions. In addition, one could also choose from various customised service orders as required.
