Angry mob pelting stones at Lamborghini, Ferrari in UP, India – Video

When referring to stoning, in years gone by it was an act of condemning. Of course it still is prevalent in certain regions, but for the most part people aren’t entitled to enforce their sense of right and wrong onto others. Even now people will try and pick a stone and pretend to throw it if they themselves feel threatened by human and animal life.

Here’s an incident of a large group of people gathered at a roadside turning their focus all at once at passing Ferrari and Lamborghini sports car. The onlookers don’t look intent to make a dash for it to stop the Lamborghini but don’t waste any opportunity to cause as much damage as you can in a mere few seconds, and hopefully this was limited to the visible attempt at causing dents and paint chipping.

This revolves around finding sizeable stones and throwing it with a vengeance towards the passing cars. It’s unclear what set up the passing face off and how this ends. What looks like a proper road should have been enough for the targeted vehicles to make a getaway.

The angry mob is soon left dust faced and not to keen to pursue the cars that seem to make a swift getaway. The mob in most circumstances is an angry lot to face with no scope for reasoning, and things soon turn from bad to worse with varied forms of violence determining eh outcome of mob justice. Surely those cars aren’t doing this route anytime soon.

This is the first such incident ever to be reported in India, where a mob is making a conscious effort to damage expensive cars. There have been incidents where mob follows a supercar on the road, but damaging the car to such an extent! This is the first.

Owners of such cars are also human beings. There was one incident in Bangalore, where a businessman was minding his own business and driving his Lamborghini Aventador SV Roadster one fine morning. Within minutes, he realizes he was surrounded by a mob, some on two wheelers.

The owner decided to heading home was the best thing to do in such a situation. Surprisingly, the entire mob followed him to his home. But what happened next surprised them immensely.

The owner of the Lamborghini Aventador SV Roadster – which is the only model of its kind in the country – was obviously pleased with the attention his newest possession was receiving. He then proceeded to invite these aficionados into his sprawling bungalow to check out not only the prized Lamborghini Aventador SV Roadster but also the host of other supercars that he owned.

The generous owner not only allowed the bikers to view the car, but also proceeded to open the wing doors and roof of the Roadster allowing them a peek into its interiors. He then proceeded to switch onto Corsa Mode allowing viewers to hear the rev of the engine causing even more excitement.

Besides this luxury Roadster which carries a price tag of USD 530,075 (around INR 3.45 crores, excluding taxes and duties), the owner possesses a host of other supercars. These include the Verde Mantis Lamborghini Huracan, Porsche 911 GT3, Porsche 911 Turbo S, Porsche Boxster, Porsche 911 Turbo (997), Range Rover SVR among others which also drew the attention and were subjected to a photo shoot by the bikers.
