BMW S1000RR dealer discount Rs 5.63 L – GS motorcycles also on offer

BMW Motorrad dealer in Mumbai is offering heavy discounts across demo bikes. These include the likes of S1000RR, R1250GS, F850GS and F750GS. These, being demo bikes are unregistered and hence buyers would be the first owners of these bikes. None of them are 2019 variants. All are 2017/18 model year vehicles.

Discount on the BMW S1000RR, which is currently priced at Rs.27,17,000 (on-road); is being offered at a discount of Rs.5,63,000 taking final price down to Rs.21,54,000. 2018 MY R1250GS, currently priced at Rs.27,20,000 is discounted by Rs.2,79,797 and is now on offer for Rs.24,40,203.

F850GS, priced at Rs.19,69,000 is discounted by Rs.3,00,500 and on offer to buyers at Rs.16,68,500. The 2018 MY F750GS is also offered at a discount at the Mumbai dealerships. The original price of Rs.18,20,000 is discounted by Rs.2,88,378 and now on offer at Rs.15,31,622. Each of these models is also on offer via finance schemes and with a 5 year loan period.

Discounts offered are on demo bikes of the previous generation models. It is also the R1250GS and F850GS that are BS IV/Euro IV compliant and hence the need to clear out stocks prior to these new BS VI regulations coming into effect.

BMW Motorrad India has been registering good sales in the country since launch. Best selling BMW motorcycles in India are the 310GS and the 310R. Both bikes together generate about 150 units monthly sales on average. The company had recently launched new generation 2019 S1000RR in India. The new 2019 S1000RR is now priced at Rs.18.50 lakhs for the Standard model while the Pro and Pro M Sport are priced at Rs 20.95 lakhs and Rs 22.95 lakhs, respectively.

Bookings have opened and deliveries are set to commence from August 2019. The S1000RR is a completely new machine, and is very different in character, as well as design, when compared to the older S1000RR. It continues to be powered by the same 998cc, inline, four cylinder engine offering 207 hp at 13,500 rpm and 133 Nm at 11,000 rpm. The engine gets mated to a 6 speed transmission and offers a top speed of 299 kmph.

Electronics also gets updated with the 2019 S1000RR receiving ABS Pro, Dynamic Traction Control (DTC) and DTC Wheelie Function as standard while options include Dynamic Damping control and riding modes of Rain, Road, Dynamic and Race.
