Both, Fiat Abarth Punto and Avventura are priced at INR 9.95 lakh, ex-showroom, New Delhi. Powering the two cars is a 1.4 liter T Jet turbocharged petrol engine mated to a 5 speed manual transmission.
This engine on Abarth Punto is capable of 145 bhp power and 212 Nm torque while on Avventure it offers 140 bhp power and 210 Nm torque at 2000 to 4000 rpm. Fiat Abarth Punto achieves acceleration from 0 to 100 kmph in 8.8 seconds while Abarth Avventura can reach the same speed in 9.9 seconds.
Both these Abarth models were launched simultaneously, keeping the approaching festive season in mind. On board features on Fiat Abarth Punto which is being presented in Hip-hop Black and Pearl White with sporty red highlights, includes electric boot opening, automatic climate controls, ambient lighting, rear AC vents, foldable keys, follow me headlamps and a state of the art infotainment system. The Fiat Abarth Punto receives a total of 7 airbags along with ABS, EBD and ESP.
Avventura powered by Abarth is offered in two colors of Pearl White and Exotica Red with distinctive badges on rear doors stating ‘Powered by Abarth’. This most powerful crossover in India receives similar features as seen on the Punto Evo while ground clearance stands at 205 mm.
