Fiat Avventura Urban Cross was launched in India at a starting price of INR 6.85 lakh earlier this week. Available in three trims, two of them powered by 1.3-liter diesel engine generating 93 PS, while one powered by a 1.4-liter petrol engine generating 140 PS.
Though Fiat India has launched the car, deliveries will only commence in the month of October. Ahead of that, Fiat India has started marketing activities in major cities across India. At a recent event at a shopping mall in Bangalore, Fiat India showcased the Avventura Urban Cross to a potential thousands of customers over a period of two days.
In addition to that, the car has also started arriving at dealerships. Fiat dealers are sending invites to existing customers and those who want to join the Fiat family to come and have a look at their new Avventura Urban Cross. At one such dealership, a white colourd Urban Cross was showcased.
Fiat Avventura Urban Cross has been designed by DC Design for Fiat India. It features aggressive styling, new diamond cut front grille – as is also seen on the Mercedes-Benz A Class, LED daytime running lights, silver accents around skid plates, 16 inch alloys, floating roof spoiler, body colored door handles and body decals that accentuate its soft crossover stance. Removal of tailgate mounted spare wheel is also evident.
Interiors of the Avventura Urban Cross sports several upgrades, especially a new dual tone dashboard – which is more of a personalization option. Buyers can chose the two colours of their choice from the available list of colours before making their purchase. In addition to that, there is a touchscreen infotainment system, contrast thread stitching, new gear knob, plush seats, etc on offer.
